Yes. You'll need to verify your phone number to create an account. This takes less than 30 seconds.
Absolutely. Your events are only visible to people you invite. We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Core features are free forever. This includes menu planning, voting, bring lists, activity planning, carpool coordination, guest management, and updates.
Premium features cost $4.99 NZD per event (or equivalent in your local currency). Premium adds expense tracking, group chat, route maps, and custom event photos.
No! Premium is a one-time unlock per event. Pay $4.99 once, and that event has Premium features forever. Most events work great with just the free features.
Not currently, but we may add a trial period in the future. Since Premium is only $4.99 per event (not per month), we wanted to keep pricing simple.
Add dishes to your event menu, tag them with meal types (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), list ingredients, and mark allergens. Members can claim dishes so nothing gets duplicated. Built-in allergy warnings alert members about potential conflicts.
Create a vote for dates, locations, activities, or anything else. Choose single choice (radio), multiple choice (checkbox), or ranked voting (Borda count). Optionally set a closing time for automatic results. Members vote, and results are calculated automatically.
Track who paid for what and split costs evenly or by who ordered what. Huddle calculates who owes whom, minimizes the number of transfers, and provides one-tap payment links to popular apps.
Many couples and families share money. Huddle lets you split expenses by household instead of individual, so you don't end up with awkward $2.47 transfers between partners.
Post ride offers with departure location, available seats, and departure time. Riders can request pickups with their location. Premium users can view routes on a map to coordinate efficiently.
You can view existing event data offline, but you need an internet connection to sync changes or receive updates from other members.
Share an invite link via text, email, or any messaging app. Or enter phone numbers directly in the app. Invitees will receive a notification to join.
Yes. They'll need to download the app and create an account to join your event.
Yes. Event organisers can remove members from the guest list at any time.
Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app. All your data will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
